Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number for your purchase.

If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at: email@example.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days.
No action will be taken if defective hair shows any signs of being used or worn.
All returned defective hair must not be brushed, combed, curled, washed, cut, processed or unraveled in any way to be accepted.
We are not responsible for return shipping labels if product has been approved for return by owner for defective hair only.
All returned items must have tracking number and that tracking number must match your package for it to be processed and returned.
